Office 365 / SharePoint 2013 Cloud App Part
Download the webpart VocalEyes Webpart Office365 v2 and unzip
To install the VocalEyes Webpart then you must have an enterprise app catalog setup. If you need to
setup an App Catalog then see the instructions below.
To Install the App Package
Open a webbrowser to http://portal.office.com
Login as an tennant administrator
Open the Admin -> SharePoint section of the administration portal
Click “App Catalog” site
Click on “Distribute Apps for SharePoint”
Click “Upload” and select the “VocalEyesApp.app” file in the “Office 365” directory
The App should show as enabled in the App Catalog
To Add the App to your Site
Navigate to the website you wish to use the app part on
From the settings cog (top-right) click “Add an App”
Select “From Your Organisation”
Click “Vocal Eyes SharePoint App”
Select “Trust It” from the popup, the app will be added to your site.
To Add the Webpart to a Page
Open the page you wish to add the AppPart to
Click on “Edit Page” from the “Page” Ribbon
Click on where you wish to add the AppPart and select “App Part” from the “Insert” ribbon.
Choose the “VocalEyes Widget AppPart” and click “Add” to add the AppPart to the page
From the App Part dropdown menu (top-right) select “Edit Web Part”.
Configure the Widget Id and Salt Id by setting the “Widget Id” and “Salt Id” properties in the “VocalEyes” section of the properties. Select “OK” to save the properties.

Add Custom Tiles to the App Launcher
You can add your own custom tiles to the app launcher that point to SharePoint sites, external sites, legacy apps, and more. The custom tile appears under the app launcher’s All apps, but you can pin it to the Home apps and instruct your users to do the same. This makes it easy to find the relevant sites, apps, and resources to do your job. In the below example, a custom tile called “Contoso Portal” is used to access an organization’s SharePoint intranet site.
